Always leave feedback after a transaction so that other members may benefit from your experience.
On Bid-Plaza you are allowed to edit your feedback 1 time. When editing feedback you have left you will be ale to edit the wording and the rating. You can also posts comments to each feedback received.
7.3 When To Leave Feedback [Back to Index]
This is a heated debate in the online auction world. Some feel that the seller should leave it immediately upon receiving payment, as they feel the buyer has completed their end transaction. There a lot of sellers that practice this method and it works great for them. Then there are those that feel that the transaction is not complete until the buyer receives the item and leaves feedback or emails that they have received the item and everything is to the buyers satisfaction. At this point the seller and buyer have completed their transaction and can leave feedback. A buyer should not leave a negative or neutral comment until after communication has been exhausted and no rememdy to their satisfaction has occured. "After" attempting to resolve the issue with the buyer or seller with no resolution would it qualify for a neutral or negative.
