This is a NEW DETEX EXIT ALARM control EA-500 model comes with instructions and mounting screws. A new detex does not come with the control cylinder, I do have one available in my store.It is easy to install. Do it yourself and save $.

DETEX EA500 Door Alarm

DETEX EA-500: This low-cost, self-contained door alarm sounds a 95 decibel, directional piezo horn to warn of unauthorized use of a door. When mounted to a door, the alarm triggers by internal switching caused by any movement of the door. the alarm is triggered by an external magnetic contact FEATURES: Bypass key temporarily disarms unit; adjustable time delay from 5 to 30 seconds.
